Admissions for Pre Primary

Applicants have the following two options:

1. Collect the application form from the school office

2. Applicants may download the preliminary application form from our school website and follow the procedure mentioned thereafter.

The following information is applicable only for those parents who wish to collect the admission form from the school office

The registration for admission to Nursery and Junior KG classes will begin from Monday, 20th November, 2023.

The prospectus along with the application form will be issued from 8.30 am to 11.30 am on working days.

1. Tokens will be issued to those parents waiting in the line from 8.30 am onwards.

2. If the applicant fulfills the age requirement, the prospectus and application form will be issued after the registration.

3. Parents along with the applicant should meet the concerned staff in the school for registration.

Age eligibility :

Nursery: Children born between 1-10-2020 to 30-9-2021

JR KG: Children born between 1-10-2019 to 30-9-2020

PREP: Children born between 1-10-2018 to 30-9-2019

Documents required for registration:

1. A photocopy [Xerox] of the date of birth certificate of the child.

2. If the date of birth certificate is in a language other than English, an affidavit along with

original date of birth certificate is essential.

Documents required for submission of form:

Photo copies [Xerox] of:

1. The date of birth certificate of the child

2. Photo ID of both the parents - Aadhar card

3. Proof of residence [Aadhar card, passport, ration card, telephone bill etc]

4. Documents to substantiate other details that you have filled in the form such as educational qualification, previous schools attended etc.

Note: The originals of the above mentioned documents should also be presented for verification.

Please note that the management’s decision is final and any use of unfair practice will automatically result in disqualification of the application form.
