Procedure For Submission.

Please note that this is only a data collection form, after submission, the school will issue an appointment date and time on your WhatsApp.

1. At the bottom of the page there are 2 options - Kindergarten and Jr. & Sr. Section.

2. Check the age eligibility criteria and select the class into which the applicant is eligible as per the date of birth.

   Nursery: Children born between 30-6-2023 to 1-7-2022

   JR. KG: Children born between 30-6-2022 to 1-7-2021

   PREP: Children born between 30-6-2021 to 1-7-2020

   Standard 1: Children born between 30-6-2020 to 1-7-2019

   Standard 2: Children born between 30-6-2019 to 1-7-2018

   Standard 3: Children born between 30-6-2018 to 1-7-2017

3. Click on the relevant section.

4. When the form opens, please fill all the details and click on submit.

5. Important: While filling the phone number, you must provide the number on which WhatsApp is activated.

6. After checking the eligibility, an appointment message will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number.

7. For the appointment, both the parents along with the applicant, should come to school with the following documents [Originals and one set of photocopies]:

   • Date of Birth Certificate

   • Aadhar card of both the parents and the child - If the address on the Aadhar card is different from the current address, proof of current address such as leave and license agreement, phone bill, pass book etc. is required.

   • Any other certificates to substantiate the details filled in the form.

Please note that the management's decision is final and any use of influence or unfair practice will automatically result in disqualification of the application form.
